These Terms govern access to and use of the AI Yard Design Generator website and services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. You must not use the service if you do not agree.

• Upload images of outdoor spaces and choose design preferences.
• Generate and download AI landscape-design visualizations.
• Use residential or large-scale project workflows, depending on the property.
• Purchase credits and access paid features offered on the pricing page.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of your authentication method, and activity performed through your account.

Use the service only for lawful landscape and outdoor-space design. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use or attempt to create illegal, sexual, adult, violent, hateful, harassing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful content.

• Do not attack, overload, scrape, bypass, or reverse engineer the service or its safeguards.
• Do not impersonate another person or violate intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Do not use automated access beyond what the service explicitly permits.

You retain ownership of your original uploads and grant the service a limited license to host, process, transform, and display them as needed to provide the requested features.

Generated designs may be used for personal planning and shared with landscape professionals. Public-sharing controls must only be used for content you are authorized to publish.

The website, branding, software, workflows, text, graphics, and underlying systems are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service under these Terms.

Access may be suspended or terminated for breach, abuse, risk, or legal requirements. Features and these Terms may change. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees that every output will be accurate, buildable, or available at all times.
